Today I wanted to share something I just made in Studio J – our fabulous online digital scrapbooking program!

This year for convention, each attendee received a FREE 5-pack to purchase 5 layouts in Studio J. These 5 layouts came with step-by-step instructions — I LOVE that! It’s like working with one of our workshop-on-the-go kits – I just follow the instructions and then tweak as desired to fit my photos!

Here is the my first layout featuring our Lucy kit and is perfect for a darling little girl like my Richelle:)

You can see how darling this layout would look with pictures of your little girl or granddaughter, can’t you? I’d love to host a class and show you how easy it is to create these five layouts. This particular layout teaches the following techniques:
  • Deleting unwanted photo wells
  • Using text boxes to cover up portions of the pattern
  • Cropping My Stickease borders to make ribbon streamers
Contact me if you are interested in a group class or one-on-one training in this great program! Or click here to start using Studio J now! It’s FREE to use – nothing to download. Just create to your heart’s content, then if you decide to purchase the layouts, let me know and I’ll help you get the best deal possible!
Cheers,
Charity

I’m offering a choice of two different kits at my Workshop Night on Monday, April 23rd.

You can choose from Lucy…..

Or “Superhero”.

Want both? You can order both & complete the other one at my Crop Night, Friday, April 27th from 6-Midnight.

Each kit costs $29.95 plus S&H and taxes, and includes an exclusive stamp set that you can only get in the Workshop kit. I need to know by Monday, April 16th if you would like to attend so that I can have a kit for you.

There are also bonus projects the you can make with a few extra supplies. This is the bonus project for “Lucy“

It was so quick & easy to put together as all the banner pieces & embellishments are cricut images. Here is the detail of one of the pennants, dont you just love that flower from the `Bitty Buds Assortment“:)

This is the Stamp of the Month for March 2012. It is called “Potential” & These are two cards I made with this fabulous set.

I had so much fun creating these cards! I used the “Wishes” patterns, “Inner Court” for the 4 1/2″ Circle Card & “Keyhole” for the 4 3/4″ X 3″ Card. I made the circle card, the scallop circle for the front, the half scallop on the Blush card, and the circles for the medallions with my “Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge” (I love my cricut with this Cartridge!!) I rolled the medallion stamp in Grey Wool ink after inking it in the Blush for the pink card. The half scallop circle on the Blush card was stamped with the words from the Universal Backgrounds Stamp Set in Grey Wool. The saying on the Blue Circle Card is from the March SOTM, but the saying on the Blush Card is from the “Florentine”  Workshop Stamp Set (I love this set!). I also used Close to my Heart’s New “Color-Ready Seam Binding Ribbon”. I was amazed how easy it was to color and LOVE the shinnyness of this ribbon. And of course I inked all the edges in Grey Wool & had to add some Clear Sparkles:)

If you would like to make these cards, just have a few friends over and we will make these, and you can earn some fabulous Close to my Heart Products for FREE!!

Hope You Enjoy:)

Cheers,

Charity
