I made this card & little purse with June’s Stamp of the month “Life is Tweet”. I cut the purse with the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge and stamped it before I put it together. I put velcro on the folded shape to keep it closed and topped it with a bling button threaded with bakers twine. The card pattern “Pretty Simple” is from Originals.

“Life is Tweet” has 15 stamps.

Each month you can enjoy a new D-size stamp set, available for one month only, for just $5—that’s over 70% off retail! When you place an order of $50 or more in Close To My Heart products, you qualify for this special Stamp of the Month pricing.

Cheers,

Charity

cool dudes

I made this layout when I first started out with Close to my Heart 3 years ago. It has no patterned paper. I scored the cranberry cardstock & sanded it to show the white core. I love the white core of Close to my Hearts paper! The base of the page is stamped. I used the “Field Trip” alphabet to stamp “cool” in Indian Corn Blue, and the “Playful” (retired) alphabet to stamp “dudes” in Honey. I used a layout from “Reflections” (retired), and Dimensional Elements Letters for the title colored with Indian Corn Blue. I also edge distressed the Indian Corn Blue mats & the Outdoor Denim title strip for added dimension.

I love these pictures & how this page turned out. I often can’t find a patterned paper to go with my pictures & love that I can make my own with stamps that perfectly coordinates with my pictures:)

Charity
